1. Mineral Authenticity & Variation

Because all CRYSTALLIC specimens are naturally occurring geological minerals, subtle variances in internal inclusions, coloration banding, and opacity are natural characteristics of authenticity rather than defects.

2. Sizing & Customization

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate wrist circumference during checkout. We provide one complimentary resizing within 30 days of acquisition, subject only to transit logistics.

3. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
