Are all CRYSTALLIC gemstones and crystals authentic?

How do I choose the correct wrist circumference size?
Wrap a flexible tailor’s tape snug around your wrist bone. Add 1 cm for a fitted presence, or 1.5–2 cm for a comfortable draping drape. We offer standard calibrations: Small (16cm), Medium (18cm), and Large (20cm).
What shipping carriers do you use in India?
We dispatch all domestic parcels via insured express partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC). Orders are processed in Mumbai within 24 hours and delivered in 2–5 business days.
Can I shower or swim with my crystal bracelet?
We advise removing your natural stone bracelets before contact with chlorinated pools, salt water, and chemical perfumes. Minerals with softer Mohs hardness (such as Lapis Lazuli and Moonstone) preserve their luster best when kept dry.
What is your return & restringing policy?
We offer a 7-day inspection return window for unworn items in original packaging. We also provide complimentary restringing on high-tensile silicone elastic cord within the first 6 months of acquisition.
