1. Data Minimization

CRYSTALLIC collects strictly the information necessary to fulfill your orders and safeguard transactions: full name, shipping destination, phone number for courier notifications, and email address for order receipts.

2. Financial Isolation (Razorpay)

We do not store, process, or view credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs. All financial transactions are directly handled by Razorpay through 256-bit SSL encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway protocols.

3. Private Customer Feedback

Feedback submitted via our Private Feedback portal is never made publicly accessible or utilized for promotional marketing unless explicit written permission is granted by the collector.
